The MIND Associate of Science Degree Human Resource Management programme is designed to provide current and aspiring Human Resource professionals with advanced knowledge and expertise to enable them to manage people effectively and in the process, achieve organizational performance success and individual and team professional satisfaction. Important Note: The Associate of Science Degree Human Resource Management Duration is 2 years and 7 months.

The Administrative Management (AM) Level 2 is a certificate programme consisting of three (3) modules. It is designed as an advanced level to AM1 to further support participants in the development of higher levels of technical skills. These newly acquired skills will facilitate administrative professional development and career advancement in alignment with the professional pathways outlined in the Public Sector Learning Framework (PSLF). Additionally, the programme will enhance participants planning and organizing skills as well as provide them with tools to support their managers and by extension the wider organization to operate with greater effectiveness. There is much emphasis placed on how an administrative professional executes his/her job therefore, the programme canvases areas such as basic contract law, ethics and service excellence.

Performance Coaching within the public service represents a major paradigm shift. The success of a change of such a magnitude is contingent on the effective execution of both the technical and behavioural aspects of the change. This workshop has been designed to equip participants to understand and apply the GROW Model of performance coaching. It is also geared towards positioning participants to serve as champions for the transition to a coaching culture.
